Schedule a Ride

It is our shared responsibility to keep our equines as safe as possible, so please avoid nose-to-nose contact with other horses on the Radnor property.

All rides must be scheduled online in advance. If you have any questions or need help please email radnorhuntstables826@gmail.com.

Payment:

  1. Online: Pay per ride or purchase a subscription online for unlimited rides for one year, on days when no events are being held; shows and clinics are occasionally scheduled in the indoor. *Includes credit card convenience fee* Note: Each subscription is valid for only one specific horse and is nontransferable except under a few circumstances. Please see the refund/transfer policy at the bottom of the page for more details.
  2. In person: Pay your subscription or per ride via cash or check made out to Radnor Hunt and bring it with you when you come to ride. Use the code, “INPERSON” on the scheduling page when checking out.

Trainers

One trainer may conduct a lesson in the indoor at a time. Please use the scheduling page to reserve your trainer slot to ensure there is no overlap. All trainers teaching in the indoor MUST have a subscription; no pay-per-hour allowed.

Rules:

8am-12pm: Trainers may reserve a maximum of 1 hour per lesson

12pm-7pm: Trainers may reserve unlimited hours per lesson


How to Schedule a Ride

First Time Users

  • Click the link above
  • If this is your first time scheduling, you will be able to make an account AFTER you schedule your first ride.
  • Under “Choose Your Riding Session,” select the date and time you want to ride.
  • Under “Horse and Rider Information,” fill out the required areas. Once you have created an account this information will automatically fill in next time you schedule a ride.
  • Subscription holders: Click “Redeem Package” and enter your account’s email address or subscription code to bypass the payments page.
  • If you are paying per ride, click “Payment and Confirmation,” to go to the payment page where you can pay with paypal or a credit card.
  • Click “Complete Appointment,” to confirm and go to the confirmation page.
  • Click “Register for an Account,” to create your account.
  • You should receive a confirmation email with the date and time of your appointment.
  • When you log in to your account you will see a list displaying all of your upcoming appointments.


Returning Users

  • Click the link above.
  • Login to your account by clicking “Log in” at the top right corner of the page.
  • Under “Choose Your Riding Session,” select the date and time you want to ride.
  • Under “Horse and Rider Information,” this information should automatically fill in if you have entered it before on this account.
  • Subscription holders: Click “Redeem Package” and enter your account’s email address or subscription code to bypass the payments page.
  • If you are paying per ride, click “Payment and Confirmation,” to go to the payment page where you can pay with PayPal or a credit card.
  • Click “Complete Appointment,” to confirm and go to the confirmation page.
  • You should receive a confirmation email with the date and time of your appointment.

Refund/Transfer Policy for Subscriptions

In the event that the horse for which you bought a yearly subscription to the Radnor Hunt Indoor suffers a career-ending injury or dies, you may have the option to either transfer the remaining time on the subscription to another horse, or you can receive a refund for the time you will no longer be using the subscription. In the event that an injury occurs, a letter from the horse’s vet saying that the horse is no longer able to be ridden is required for a transfer or refund.
